Malcolm Greenhalgh, Managing Director

He has a long track record in running successful businesses that specialize in learning and organizational improvement. Between 1992 and 2003 he was Chairman of Bench Marque Ltd which grew into one of the most successful private education companies in the UK. The Company was a successful school inspection contractor and won major contracts with UK government organizations (DfES, QCA) and the British Council. Malcolm is also the Chief Executive for MGA Education Ltd, a UK company specialising in lifelong learning, corporate social responsibility and self-evaluation. The company has a range of digital products licensed to Incyte Kft to help support the tracking and analysis of lifelong learning and organizational improvement.


Caroline McKee, Director

Caroline McKee has significant experience in teaching and managing in a wide range of organizations in the private and public sectors. She is the originator of BM Assessments, a data tracking and analysis program to assess learning progress. She puts her experiences to excellent effect producing high quality work in the fields of training, consultancy and inspection.

Caroline is now Managing Director of MGA Education Ltd and leads on the development of the company´s digital school improvement products.


Christopher Green

Chris Green is well-known for his leading work in providing high quality evaluation services for government agencies, public and private sector companies, local authorities and schools in England and internationally. He specialises in organisational evaluation and transformation through self-guided review and action planning. His recently published book, 'The Privatization of State Education: public partners, private dealings' is the authoritative commentary on the impact of public-private initiatives in education in England and in parallel initiatives across the world.


Mary Murdoch

Mary Murdoch is a primary education specialist having extensive experience in change management and in leading a range of different primary schools in a variety of contexts. She has developed schools to outstandingly high performance and turned around failing schools. In addition to four successful headships she is familiar with the work of local authorities and Ofsted, schooling for the children of military families and international school settings. Using knowledge and understanding drawn from these situations she drives for improving the quality of lifelong learning for pupils, their parents and teachers.
