Incyte has been instrumental in developing quality practices for Early Years Foundation Stage education.
Bogusia Matusiak-Varley is a lead trainer of Early Years Practitioners and has been heavily involved in developing and training Early Years Foundation Stage practitioners. Bogusia is also lead trainer for inspectors of Early Years and is experienced in inspecting integrated care including Children’s Centres, Child Minders, Wrap Around Care and Foundation Stage units.
Incyte has worked along many Sure Start initiatives. Sure Start is the UKs government programme aimed at delivering the best start in life for every child through a blend of early education, child care, health and family support in disadvantaged areas. By 2010 the aim is that every family has easy access to high quality integrated early years services to the heart of communities.
The Sure Start Extended Schools and Families Group supports families from pregnancy until the children are 14 by working with parents and providing flexible services so that every child is ensured a quality start to life.
